Black pink Star Lisa Joins the Acclaimed Cast of the Award-Winning Series, The White Lotus

The highly popular HBO TV show, focusing on affluent vacationers, is set to explore new territory in its third season by relocating to Thailand, which is Lisa’s home country. Filming for this dark comedy is scheduled to commence later this month, taking place in Bangkok as well as the picturesque islands of Phuket and Kho Samui. While the specific role that Lisa, whose full name is Lalisa Manoba, will portray has not yet been revealed, it has been confirmed that Parker Posey will also be joining the cast for season three.

The upcoming project has attracted a talented ensemble of actors, including Jason Isaacs, Leslie Bibb from the Iron Man franchise, Michelle Monaghan from True Detective, Dom Hetrakul, and Tayme Thapthimthong. Additionally, Scott Glenn and Julian Kostov are set to make appearances, further enriching the cast.

Lisa, a prominent figure in Thailand’s entertainment industry, is set to make her debut in a significant acting role. Her acting journey began in 2007 when she starred in a Thai drama as a child.

Renewing their agency contract as a group, K-pop superstars Blackpink have solidified their commitment to perform together. The announcement comes after months of contract negotiations that had fans concerned about the group’s future.

Since their formation in 2016, Blackpink has risen to become the world’s most prominent K-pop girl group, enjoying immense popularity and success.
