Mia McKenna-Bruce, a talented 26-year-old actor from Kent, wins the prestigious EE Rising Star Award at the Baftas.
Mia McKenna-Bruce, acclaimed for her portrayal of Tara in Molly Manning Walker’s thought-provoking film How to Have Sex, was awarded the esteemed Bafta chosen by the public during Sunday’s event.

‘Absolutely petrified’

She mentioned how her father would faithfully stand at the back of the theater, attending most shows to watch her perform.
